Return & Refund Policy

30-Day Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition.

Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, we'll make it right at no cost to you. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage and we'll arrange a return label and replacement or refund immediately.

Preference-Based Returns Changed your mind? No problem. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility for preference-based returns. Once we receive the item in original condition, we'll issue store credit within 3 business days.

Refunds Cash refunds are issued to your original payment method for damaged or defective items only. Store credit is issued for all other returns.
